At ZemÄ›, we are committed to offering premium, sustainable products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, customized pieces, and gift cards.

  • Return Process:

    1. Visit our Returns Portal or email us at support@shopzemeclothing.com.

    2. Print your return shipping label.

    3. Drop the package off at your nearest courier location.

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

  • Exchanges: Based on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
